Your receivables, from the manifests you already file

Every cannabis transfer in New Jersey is recorded in Metrc — the manifest, the buyer's licence, the packages and the wholesale price the shipper entered. That is an invoice in everything but name, and the state is already holding it. TrellFlow turns it into a ledger you can work.

Fourteen days, no card. Upload an export and see your own book before you connect anything.

What works today, and what does not

Everything below is live in the product today.

Explore features and coverage
  • Ledger from Metrc or CSV

    Live

Manifests become invoices, priced from the transfer where the price is there and from your own price sheet where it is not.

  • Aging and buyer balances

    Live

By invoice and by buyer, with the oldest open item and the trend beside it.

  • Payments and part payments

    Live

Matched to invoices, with a duplicate held for confirmation instead of applied.

  • Terms and credit limits

    Live

Per buyer, with a default for the org, captured on each invoice as it is raised.

  • Pre-shipment credit check

    Live

Run against terms, limit and behaviour. Advisory here, and labelled as such.

  • Reminders

    Live

Drafted for review, capped per buyer per day, off until you turn them on.

The clock you are on

Terms here are whatever you and the buyer agreed. Nothing is filed with anyone, and chasing an overdue invoice is a commercial matter rather than a regulatory one.

Your agreed terms
Overdue — chase it your way
  1. Day 0

    Delivery

The manifest becomes an invoice, dated from the day you raised it.

  2. Your terms

    Payment due

Net 30 unless you agreed otherwise, per buyer.

  3. After that

    Your call

Reminders, a credit hold, or a conversation. No filing, no deadline.

Nobody else is watching this

No filing, no notice, no list. New Jersey leaves collection entirely between you and the buyer — which puts the whole decision in one moment.

Advisory. TrellFlow does not touch your manifest and cannot stop a transfer — the shipment is your call, and now it is a call you are making with the record in front of you.

Every answer comes with its reasons

A status on its own is a label an operator either believes or ignores, and after the second time it disagrees with their gut they ignore it permanently. Shown with the reasons it is an argument, which is a thing that can be checked.

There is no regulator in this state to escalate to, no filing that puts pressure on a slow buyer, and no list anybody ends up on. The leverage you have is knowing — before the pallet moves — exactly what this buyer already owes you and how they have behaved about it.

How it works here

01

Import what the state already has

Connect Metrc, or start from a transfer export. Either way the ledger is built from manifests rather than typed in, so it agrees with what you filed.

02

See what each buyer owes, and how old it is

Balances by buyer, invoices by age, and a trend that says whether a dispensary is drifting. Payments are matched against open invoices, and a payment that looks like one you already recorded is held for you to confirm rather than applied twice.

03

Decide before the truck loads

A credit check against the buyer's terms, limit and history, run before the next shipment rather than after it. In New Jersey that answer is advice — yours to override, and it says so.

04

Chase on a schedule you approve

Reminders drafted from the ledger, capped at one per buyer per day, and never sent without you turning sending on. Nothing leaves the building because a cron job thought it should.

What you are looking at
